NewTechWood CopperTop Gin Giveaway – Terms and
Conditions

Promoter: The promoter of this
giveaway is NewTechWood Australia (“the Promoter”).
Eligibility:
a. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
b. Entrants must be a customer of NewTechWood at the time of entry.
c. Employees of NewTechWood and their immediate family members are
ineligible to enter.
How to
Enter:
a. To enter, participants must submit at least one photograph of their
NewTechWood deck, and can submit up to 5 images of their project
(including at different stages)
b. The photograph must be high-resolution, with a minimum suggested
resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, and should not be altered in any way.
c. The photograph must not contain any obscene, offensive, or
inappropriate content.
d. Entries are limited to one per person.
e. There is no cost to enter the giveaway.
Giveaway
Details:
a. The first 500 valid entrants, or those who enter before 11:59 PM AEDT
on 1st March 2025, whichever comes first, will receive one bottle of
CopperTop Gin, Lemon Myrtle flavour or another flavour of the organiser’s
choice, while stocks last.
b. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other
alternatives.
c. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an
alternative of equal or greater value.
Entry
Period:
a. The giveaway commences on 30 Sep 2024 and concludes on 1st March 2025
or once the first 500 eligible entries have been received, whichever
occurs first. The organiser may choose to close the competition early
without notice.
Judging
Criteria:
a. Photos must meet the eligibility requirements and submission criteria.
b. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrants whose photos
are deemed inappropriate, offensive, or do not meet the submission
criteria.
Changes
to Terms:
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions,
including the eligibility criteria, at any time without notice.
Privacy:
By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the collection, use, and
disclosure of their personal information by the Promoter for the purposes
of administering this promotion and as required by law.
Liability:
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may be
suffered or incurred by any entrant as a result of entering or
participating in the giveaway or in relation to the acceptance of the
prize.
Disputes:
Any disputes relating to the giveaway shall be governed by the laws of
Australia.

Cost to Enter:
a. Entry into the competition is free, and no purchase or payment is
required beyond being an existing NewTechWood customer.
