Whether you are planning a new deck, updating your cladding or adding custom screening, we can help connect you with independent installers who have experience working with NewTechWood products.

These installers operate their own businesses and are not employed by, contracted to or supervised by NewTechWood Australia. Once we introduce you, all quotations, contracts, payments and installation arrangements are made directly between you and the installer.

Before engaging an installer, we recommend confirming their relevant licences, insurance, qualifications, references and experience.

NewTechWood Australia does not employ, manage or supervise these installers, and a referral does not constitute approval, certification, endorsement or a guarantee of workmanship.

Any agreement for installation services is made solely between you and the installer. The installer is responsible for all advice, site assessment, quotations, workmanship, compliance with applicable laws and building standards, warranties relating to their services and any contractual obligations arising from their engagement.

We encourage all homeowners to undertake their own independent due diligence before selecting an installer, including verifying licences, insurance, qualifications, references and previous work.

Our recommended installers are trades we trust because they:

    They understand our board profiles, fixing systems, expansion requirements and finishing details.
  • Install to NewTechWood specifications
    This is critical for long-term performance, appearance, and warranty compliance. Incorrect spacing, fixing or substructure can lead to avoidable issues down the track.
  • Stay up to date with Australian standards and compliance requirements
    Including relevant NCC considerations and, where applicable, CodeMark®-certified applications for cladding etc.
  • Have a direct line to our technical team
    If questions come up during install, they can access NewTechWood technical support quickly, which means fewer delays and better decisions on site.

Once we connect you with a recommended NewTechWood installer, you can typically expect to hear from them within a week.

Response times can vary depending on:

  • The installer’s current workload
  • Your location
  • The size and complexity of your project
  • Seasonal demand (spring and summer are especially busy)

If you’d like to compare options, we can connect you with more than one recommended installer, where availability allows. That said, we usually suggest keeping it to one or two quotes.
This gives you a meaningful comparison without slowing the process or overwhelming you with different approaches.

When requesting multiple quotes, keep in mind:

  • Installers may price differently based on scope, timing, and methodology
  • Comparing quotes works best when the project scope is the same for each installer

The installer’s workmanship warranty is separate from the NewTechWood product warranty.

  • NewTechWood warranties cover the performance of our products, in line with our published warranty terms
  • Installation workmanship warranties are provided by the installer themselves and can vary between businesses.

Most professional installers will offer a workmanship warranty that covers their labour for a specified period.
The exact terms, including duration and what’s covered, should be confirmed directly with the installer as part of their quote.
