You know how it is, you install a beautiful pool, comply with Government regulations and install your security fencing, and it all looks amazing until you notice your regular boundary fencing… and the whole visual suddenly fizzles.
Well, thanks to Lucas from Ballard’s Carpentry in Edmonton Park, NSW, these very lucky homeowners in Middleton Grange don’t face that problem. But not only did Ballard’s Carpentry take this residential property’s pool fencing to a whole other level, but they also went on to be the Winners of the Innovation & Excellence in Decorative Screens & Walls category in the 2021 Australian Fencing Awards with this very project.
Ballard’s Carpentry used approx. 22.6 m2 of NewTechWood’s Shadowline Cladding (US31) in Silver Grey for this award-winning fence, which was supplied by NewTechWood reseller, Master Woodturning in Ingleburn.
The cladding was secured to an aluminium frame. The most challenging part of the project for the installation team, according to Lucas, was ensuring that all mitre cuts lined up perfectly.
With a 25-year warranty and in the knowledge that the owners never have to re-sand, re-seal or paint their new fence again EVER, and Ballard’s close attention to detail ensuring this perfect, award-winning outcome, this resulted in very happy clients.
