NewTechWood Outdoor Furniture Set Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
Promoter: The promoter of this giveaway is NewTechWood Australia (“the Promoter”).
Eligibility:
a. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
b. Participants must be NewTechWood clients to be able to leave a fair review.
c. Participants must leave a review (any rating) on the Product Review website specified in this page for a NewTechWood product between 15th October 2024 and 15th March 2025.
d. Employees of NewTechWood and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.
How to Enter:
a. To enter, participants must leave a genuine review for a NewTechWood product on Product Review within the competition period.
b. Each valid review will count as one entry into the draw. Reviews do not need to be positive.
c. Reviews deemed to be spam, offensive, or inappropriate will be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion.
d. There is no cost to enter the competition, and participants are limited to one entry per platform (Product Review).
e. Participants who do not wish to be included in the competition can opt out by emailing the Promoter at [email protected].
Prize Details:
a. The grand prize is a luxurious NewTechWood outdoor set (table and benches) valued at AUD$2,500.
b. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
c. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value should circumstances require.
Competition Period:
a. The competition runs from 12:00 AM AEDT on 15th October 2024 until 11:59 PM AEDT on 15th March 2025.
b. The winner will be drawn randomly via an online random picker on 17th March 2025 at around noon time at Urban Direct Wholesale (24 Tichborne St, Cockburn Central WA 6164).
Winner Announcement:
a. The winner will be notified via email or direct message through the platform used for their review (Product Review) within 5 business days of the draw.
b. If the winner does not respond within 10 business days of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Privacy:
By entering the competition, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting the winner.
Opting Out:
Participants may choose to opt out of the competition by sending an email to [email protected] during the competition period.
Changes to Terms:
The Promoter reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Liability:
The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of participation in the competition or use of the prize.
Disputes:
Any disputes related to the competition shall be governed by the laws of Australia.

I really enjoyed working with the product. It was easy to cut and work with – the clipping system makes it very easy to install, in fact installing the decking was actually the easiest part of the job! Once it was completed, it looked amazing! I would recommend this product to anybody who is looking at either installing a new deck or redoing an existing deck. The best part of it is, no sanding or staining ever again!

We installed a NewTechWood deck three years ago. We are so happy with the product that we are ordering a new front deck and boardwalk, as well as two benches. Installer was the local one, Bayside Decking at Gymea Bay.
