The home features a large kitchen incorporating a scullery plus a server in the outdoor area, which makes it ideal for sociable gatherings. It also has a separate home theatre and a powder room for guests. It offers a separate study area, and the main bathroom also serves as a semi-ensuite for the second bedroom. It is definitely an entertainer’s dream home.
Externally, this double brick and Colorbond home feature white Acrylic rendering, offset with grey trims, external tile cladding, and an eye-catching panel to the front elevation of NewTechWood’s UH61 Castellation Cladding in the newest colour to their range, Canadian Cedar. Thirteen (13) UH61 Boards were used for this front elevation.
They wanted a product that provided a real timber look with minimal maintenance requirements. As they hadn’t used NewTechWood cladding before, they sought advice on the product and overall installation with a NewTechWood representative who met the Supervisor on site. Then having selected NewTechWood, it was just a matter of colour choice, and they chose the perfect shade for this project, Canadian Cedar, which was supplied by NewTechWood reseller, M & B Sales.

The end result is this beautiful modern beach house with a fresh vibe and amazing kerb appeal. And we may be biased, but we think the colour is chosen, Canadian Cedar, nailed it!
